September Meeting Tuesday 6th, 7-30, Standing Order, Derby

Time to shake the beach sand off your feet and get stuck into more scripts! We\’ll be meeting at the Standing Order this month, and giving a group critique on one of our member\’s brilliant TV Drama scripts. After spending the summer immersed in period austerity of The Hour, I\’m really looking forward to reading it and discussing it.

DSW will be taking it\’s usual summer break, so we won\’t be meeting up in August.

DSW writer\’s short story published

Congratulations to DSW member Emma, who has recently had her short story \’Empty Rooms\’ published in Derby Evening Telegraph – Emma is currently working on a number of projects, including a screenplay which we\’ll be critting later this year.

It\’s time for Derbyshire Scriptwriter\’s AGM, so there\’ll be no crit session on Tuesday – in it\’s place, elections for Chair, Secretary and Treasurer, and much more… see you at 7pm, in the Derby Library meeting room on the Strand.

March Meeting! Tomorrow, 7pm!

Goodness! March? Already? Then it\’s time for the next Derbyshire Scriptwriters meeting – 7pm Tuesday 1st March, at Derby Library Reading Rooms on the Strand.
